Shipping Information:

We ship using Canada Post Letter Mail. At this time we are able to offer free shipping to our domestic buyers (Canada and the USA). There is no tracking associated with letter mail and delivery times vary depending on your region.

Please note that shipment timing unfortunately cannot be guaranteed due to Canada Post Letter Mail and USPS. Any orders crossing the border have the potential to be delayed through Canada/US customs. Depending on your location and if you are in a more rural area your item may take longer to be delivered. We aim to process and ship your items within 5-7 BUISNESS DAYS from the date ordered. You will received a shipping notification email when your item has shipped. Please send us a message if you have any further questions please send us a message prior to ordering! 

I don't see my breed listed. Can I request a custom order?

Yes! We love expanding our catalogue of dog breeds and various animals. If you don't see your desired breed listed, please use the contact us section to request your breed. Requests can also be made by emailing us at northwestpawco@gmail.com

What surfaces can I apply your decals to?

Our decals can be applied to almost any smooth, flat, even surface. They adhere best to glass, stainless steel, wood, metal, painted walls, plastic, etc. Our most common applications are car windows, car exteriors, dog kennels, water bottles, wall decals and wood/glass for creative projects. 

Can decals be used outdoors? 

Yes! Our decals are made using high quality vinyl. We use Oracal 651 permanent vinyl which is indoor/outdoor guaranteed for years. Our holographic options are made using Teckwrap Vinyl and can also be applied indoors and outdoors. 

Do decals damage car paint? 

No. If you need to remove your decal, please contact us for removal instructions. Decals are easily removed using a little heat from a hair dryer (this loosens adhesive) and slowly peeling the vinyl from your car paint. Clean any stubborn adhesive with rubbing alcohol or GooGone.
